Listen, Listen, It Is The Love Sounds

The Welsh Corgi is a small size dog, yet it has a very stable personality and does not have the nervousness of a normal small breed. It is very suitable for children as a guard dog. They are very brave and alert. They can guard their homes in a high degree of vigilance. Therefore, they are one of the most popular small guard dogs.

Although the Corgi is small, it has always been loved by high-class people. From Charles I in the 12th century to Queen Elizabeth II, the Welsh Corgi has always been a pet of the British royal family.

Many people have always felt that stray dogs are just mix-breed mongrels, but they don't realize many famous breed dogs have been abandoned for various reasons. The following tells such a story:

Dec.28, 2020, GAPI (Global Animal Protection Organization) received a message from a lady in Stray Animal Rescue Group: "A stray little Corgi was found in a community in Shanghai and has been sent to the dog-hitting team. " That day, the temperature in Shanghai dropped sharply and it started to rain. The deep chill made us worry about this dog even more. The fate of Little Corgi touched the hearts of the animal rescue volunteers.

GAPI (Global Animal Protection Organization) quickly mobilized many caring volunteers, and their efforts paid off. Through unremitting efforts, Corgi was finally rescued from the dog-hitting team.

The truth is that the two-year-old Corgi brother was abandoned because the original owner was unwilling to pay the 300 RMB for a dog permit. A mere 300 RMB turned out to be the reason to abandon it.

Many people lack sense of responsibilities and are not-ready to raise pets. Lots of people raise pets only because they might like them for a while. Once they encounter a little difficulty, they would ruthlessly abandon them. They think they have the right to dispose of them at their will, like throwing away clothing they don't like any more. This indiscreet and irresponsible attitude is the main reason why many accompanying animals ended wandering on the streets.

According to research by scientists, the IQ of a puppy is equivalent to that of a three-year-old human being. When they accompany their owner, they often see the owner as their own biological parents. So, when they are abandoned, it is like a three-year-old child being abandoned. This kind of abandonment has always been an indelible memory for a dog whose IQ always stays at the age of three.

Many people who raise dogs know that, especially those who are the parents, know that children are the cutest when they are around 3 years old because they are very clingy and obedient at that time. So many dogs spend their entire life living with their owners, and a dog life span is only between 9-15 years old. Even at the age of 15, they will always be as cute as a 3-year-old child, like an old child.

Many people don't know that these little lives not only have emotions, pains and joys, but also shed tears like us. When we rescue stray animals, we often can see the rescued animals shed tears.

These little animals don’t even understand why they are abandoned by their family. Some of them have been wandering in abandoned places waiting, waiting for their families to pick them up home... After Corgi was rescued, the volunteer immediately sent the good news and Corgi's video to the GAPI -Homecoming WeChat group, which is a GAPI support group. Little Corgi immediately became the favorite of this big family. Everyone wanted to give Corgi a new name and gave out red envelopes to help Corgi's following treatment costs. A GAPI volunteer in the United States sponsored Corgi and gave him a nice and domineering name:Di Ting. The Volunteer said: "Di Ting" is the name of the mount of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, and it is also a sacred animal. I hope this auspicious name can bring a good fate for Little Corgi. It entrusts the sincere blessings of the volunteers. The Little Corgi was sent to a pet hospital for a physical examination since the poor little guy was infected with parvovirus, vomiting and diarrhea. Perhaps it's also a reason why the original owner abandoned him, since he was probably not willing to pay the medical treatment. After the treatment, Di Ting quickly recovered. All the rescue costs were covered by GAPI. Perhaps the name "Di Ting" really brought him good luck. A week later, by sending an adoption message, a young lady from Shanghai was willing to adopt Di Ting. The sponsor volunteer and the person in charge, Rachel, are both happy and cautious. They have checked the background of the young lady who asked for the adoption of Di Ting. The adopter solemnly promised that no matter what happens in the future - moving, getting married, getting pregnant, or getting sick - she will not give up on him and she will treat Di Ting as her family. And she also readily agreed to a series of adoption requirements such as on-site inspections, security deposits, return visits, and so on. The person in charge was relieved and confirmed that she is a qualified adopter. "Di Ting" finally found his mother who loved him and he found a warm home. When the little "Di Ting" firstly arrived at his new home, he moved his short legs and moved closer to the soft doghouse that his mother had prepared for him, as well as so many beautiful toys and delicious snacks. He couldn't believe that happiness was coming so fast. He looked at his new mom tentatively with his little cowardly eyes, until the new mother said: "Baby, these are all yours." Di Ting then believed that his happy life had really begun. Di Ting’ new owner always brings Di Ting wherever she goes. What's the happiest is that she also brought him to meet many dog friends. On the lawn of Binjiang Park, Di Ting spread his short legs and ran all the way, even faster than his friend, another little Corgi. With family, love, and friends, Little Corgi Di Ting's happy dog life has since opened a new page. Now Di Ting's furs are almost shiny everywhere and his eyes are full of confidence and happiness.

Seeing the happiness of Di Ting, GAPI's sponsored mothers are extremely gratified. Although they have never had Di Ting one day, their love is still without difference and deep. The selfless love from all volunteers makes them not work for possession, but dedicate what they could to help animals reach their happiness. "Listen (Di Ting) , Listen (Di Ting) , May you be healthy and happy for the rest of your life; May you have full of splendid leisure in the next life as a human being; May you attain true happiness without all suffering!
