I have an ordinary name: Xiao Huang. The lady looking after me at the animal shelter said that a simple name meant simple life. At least I will be able to survive. Same as many other stray dogs, I got caught by the dog removal service when trying to find food on the street, and I was going to be killed as a result. Fortunately a kind lady from the animal shelter rescued me. Now I am living in the shelter. Though life at the shelter is hard, at least there is enough food, and I do not need to worry about becoming a dish on the dining table. I have a small dream — I hope I can have a warm home. I will definitely become the nicest companion.
